Issues Facing Ex-Convicts

Ex-convicts face a lot adversity when they get out of jail.  One issue is discrimination.  Should ex convicts be able to work in hospitals, schools, banks etc?  I think so I think ex-convicts are perfectly capable of serving the general public and making a difference in people’s lives.  I have met many talented and considerate people who have difficulty finding jobs.
